Refund Policy

Subscription ($19/month)

Cancel anytime — cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time beyond the period you already paid for.

Template pack ($49 one-time)

The Pack is digital material delivered by email after purchase. If we fail to deliver access, or you find the content does not match its description, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment provider, Creem, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
